Responsibilities
- Greeting clients
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls
- Directing clients to the boardroom
- Handling all courier and mail incoming, outgoing and distribution
- Ordering office supplies
- Assist clients with payment
- Opening and closing files
- Ordering searches
- Keeping boardroom and reception area tidy
- General office support
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist work experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work as an individual or team member
- Positive, personable, with excellent time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office is mandatory
Job Type:
Part-time
8:00- 4:00 (2 days a week)
