  • Organization is your middle name(or it should be because you are all for it)
  • You are very comfortable with computers and are generally technologysavvy
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of Project Management and/or Change Management experience within the Retail industry (or a similar highvolume, customerfocused environment)

What you'll be doing day to day

  • Plan and design the program framework and proactively monitor its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
  • Define and maintain the programs governance arrangements
  • Ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other
programs and corporate, technical and specialist standards

  • Manage the programs budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the program progresses
  • Lead a function of line reports of project managers and project resources, who are leading transformation projects.
  • Ensure the delivery of outcomes of the projects are to the required quality, on time and within budget in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements
  • Evolve the program in line with business needs and opportunities
  • Manage effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high performing project team
  • Document the program learnings, adopting a continuous improvement approach and transferring the resulting transformation capability to the wider organization.
