CSP Executive Beauty & Wellbeing

JOB PURPOSE- Support the CSP Manager in the delivery and execution of the Channel and Category plans to enable delivery of commercial targets across the Customer base.- Provide analytical data inputs to inform short and medium-term decision making.- Through sharp and considered analysis, provide S&OP input for the CSP Manager.- Primary communication point for the CAM community for operational issues and Opps.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the remnants and residuals process monthly in line with timelines of the monthly process-review bids and give recommendations on how to proceed to maximise profitability- Organise key CAM forums, e.g.

weekly CAM huddles, monthly AMEX meetings and lead co-ordinating the agenda- Attend DRM and provide Customer team inputs/complete actions for customer team- Lead allocation management when required- Enabling the execution of CPI's and promo de-escalation by providing the CAM's with all relevant supporting information (Destination NIV and TO p/unit targets, updating MOP's, etc.)- Tracking the execution of CPI's and promo de-escalation

Provide input to- Key project meetings to represent customer teams - inputs in form of data collation for account specific details e.g.

range review timings, promotion activity Promotion performance analysis & scenario planning Lead Customer Planning Toolkit inputs for keep updated and amend in line with any strategy changes, ensuring brand & finance have signed off Will be assigned to contribute to B&W wall OKR's either under the leadership of CSP lead or P&O leadKey Performance Metrics- Speed and responsiveness of sharing quality data to decode performance issues.

- Acting as first port of call for the CAM's on any CSP related questions/issues- Tracking in month performance with CAM's input- Track Distribution on key launches

Location

In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London to house the employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars, Lever House in Kingston and Graze in Richmond.

We are creating our own Unilever sustainable, agile work environment, purposefully bringing us together in our own Unilever ecosystem.

The campus is due to be completed in early 2025 and will consist of two interconnected buildings, as well as landscaped surrounding areas.
