We currently have an open position for an
Accounting/Administrative Assistant.**Business Hours: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.


Job Summary

• Accounts payables, accounts receivables, and payroll
• Customer service & administrative tasks
• Account reconciliations
• Type forms, letters, reports and memos as necessary
• Scan, fax, collate and otherwise prepare internal paperwork as required
• Schedule service calls
• Provide backup reception and administrative support

Critical requirements:

• Proficiency in Simply Accounting is an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office products: Excel, Word and Outlook
• Typing skills of 50 wpm
• Proven bookkeeping skills
• Personally committed to both internal and external client satisfaction
• Presents self with a professional appearance and behaviour
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and multiple tasks
• Superior attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
• Bondable

$18-$20/hr. (Experience dependent)

• 8 hour shift
