is seeking a renovation expert to help our clients (Commercial and Residential) achieve their restoration and renovation goals.

You will have the opportunity to be a member of a dynamic team, witness a project become a reality, manage sites and team members, and be proud of your work.

Most of our projects are interior renovations, restoration projects and commercial projects.

The job involves working with tools, supervising and scheduling a small team, and communicating with and reporting to the owner.

It is essential that you love construction and have the desire to build things well.

General Carpentry

Rough and Finish

Bathroom Upgrades

Painting

Drywall

Framing

Tiling

Be a team player, always willing to help others

Be able to handle stressful situations in a positive, professional manner (be calm under pressure)

Be able to accept responsibility for mistakes and learn from them

Be respectful but assertive when necessary

Be results-oriented

Be focused and organized

Plan well and be proactive

Capable of giving clear instructions and holding others accountable

Have at least 5 years of experience in residential remodeling in Canada

Be physically fit and able to conduct hands-on work well & efficiently (must be able to lift min 50lbs)

Know the sequence of steps in the construction process

Have fluent English skills

Be punctual

Be Detail-oriented

Be honest

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on work Mon to Fri from 9am to 5pm and rarely some weekends

Coordinate & supervise a small team of trades and helpers

Communicate with owner and peers in a positive and constructive manner

Be a leader on the Jobsite

Requirements:

Must have current Driver's License and a car

Must have tools, vehicle and cellphone with internet access

Must have experience in remodeling homes or home repair trades

Must be flexible to work at various sites

Salary:
$28.00-$32.00 per hour
