    We are seeking an accomplished and visionary physician leader to serve as Senior Medical Director, Medical Affairs.

    This is a pivotal executive-level role that will shape the future of medical governance, clinical leadership, and physician engagement across one of Atlantic Canada's largest and most complex health systems. 

    The Senior Medical Executive Director will play a central role in advancing our strategic priorities, strengthening medical leadership capacity, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality and patient care. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence system-wide transformation, foster strong relationships with physicians and partners, contribute to a culture of excellence grounded in collaboration,integrity,and innovation. The ideal candidate must have proven leadership experience with strengths in administrative management,system transformation,and change management.Strong critical thinking analytical problem-solving abilities,business acumen,strategic thinking,collaboration communication skills also being important.
