Role and Responsibilities of the warehouse and logistics coordinator
- Responsible for All Shipping, Receiving, and Material Handling
- Responsible for maintaining high level of inventory integrity through regular cycle counts and vendor returns
- Strength in process improvements and strong trouble shooting skills
- Lead by example and represent the corporation in a professional manner
- Uphold our Core Values and Ethics with every interaction
- Inspire teammates towards strategic initiatives and operational objectives
- Generously listen, communicate, collaborate and influence
- Act in a safe manner, following safety guidelines at the Profit Centre and at all customer locations
- Carry out inventory control to ensure inventories are at optimal levels
- Report and analyze data and present to senior managers when necessary
Requirements of the warehouse coordinator:
- Forklift experience and license
- Preferred
- Previous experience in shipping / receiving department
- Preferred
- Previous experience in working in a medium to large warehouse
- Preferred
- Possess a strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
- Drive to succeed with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, sound business judgement and the capacity for continued growth and development
- Create and nurture a positive team environment, inspiring all teammates to do their best work to achieve the highest levels of customer and teammate satisfaction
- High energy with strong communication skills
- Strong desire to strive for operational excellence
- Understand inventory control processes
- Able to learn and operate applicable software systems used to process orders and manage projects
- Willing to invest a minimum of 40+ hours in personal training and development annually

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
