    Leading the Canadian Seed Growers' Association (CSGA) as Executive Director is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Canada's seed certification system.

    The role involves providing overall leadership and stewardship, advancing CSGA's mandate as a regulatory authority and member-based organization. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board to set strategic direction, oversee policy development, and ensure strong operational, financial, and governance performance.
