This position is a hybrid role based out of our downtown Toronto office.
Who you are

What you bring- 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle technical talent acquisition role- Bachelor's Degree in Business or work-related experience- A strong ability to partner with hiring managers- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems- Experience in a high-volume recruitment role, supporting multiple locations

Bonus skills and experience- Recruitment experience across Canada- Experience with Workday- Experience within the Commercial Real Estate industry

What success looks like- You will develop solid relationships for with hiring managers, and understand their vision.- You will be filling high-profile roles efficiently with top talent.- You will be an integral part of the TA team, working with vendors, on projects, and more.
