Work hours for the role:
Monday - Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm (minimum hours, additional hours may be required based on business needs), Friday work remote.


Overview:


Work collaboratively with the Trade Development team to assist in the coordination, communication, and execution of marketing activities including tracking, development of presentations, programming and other duties as required.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the initial point of contact for the regional Trade Development team on all marketing activities
  • Assist in the development of programs and presentations
  • Maintain program and activity trackers, calendars, and brand information for the regional teams Trade Development locally and on SharePoint
  • Responsible for the coordination of all trade shows, local events, regional visits, coordinate
  • Responsible for coordinating all meetings/conference calls and sending follow up communications/meeting minutes
  • Responsible for the communication of any market updates (internal bulletins, environmental, government)

Additional Primary Responsibilities:


  • Manage purchasing, shipping, and receiving as required by internal and external stakeholder's supplier shipment, and local delivery of assignedsupplier portfolios
  • Maintain an understanding of supplier brand strategies, pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies (DO) shelf positioning
  • Maintaining the SGWS office (reception, conference rooms, kitchen, and greeting visitors) and completing clerical and administrative functions (ordering supplies, phone support, office couriers). Administrative duties such as phone support, File correspondence and reports; maintain files
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:


  • College diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 2 or more years of diverse marketing and administrative experience in the adult beverage
  • Must require little direction or supervision; goaloriented focused, and assertive
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities on tight deadlines and maintain a high level of quality output
  • Strong analytical, leadership and verbal/written communication skills

Physical Demands:


  • Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to the rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
