Term Duration (in months):

Senior leader in risk management needed.
Provide senior leadership and strategic direction over enterprise risk management, including risk measurement, capital and loss modelling, , credit portfolio management, and crisis and incident management.
You'll use your expertise to provide direction on credit decision tools, data management and lending portfolio implications.

What you'll do:

Lead the Enterprise Risk Management division

Lead the establishment of risk appetite for FCC

Establish sound risk measurement and modelling practices

Set strategic direction on climate risk management

Lead ongoing processes for capital adequacy measurement, , credit risk reporting, and credit portfolio management

Lead crisis management program, including operating protocols, response tactics and playbooks

Engage with the Board of Directors, Executive Management Team and external auditors and reviewers

What you'll need:

A graduate degree in commerce or business administration and at least 10 years of progressive experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans and business unit strategies

Certification as a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or a Financial Risk Manager.
