- Lead the Enterprise Risk Management division
- Lead the establishment of risk appetite for FCC
- Establish sound risk measurement and modelling practices
- Set strategic direction on climate risk management
- Lead ongoing processes for capital adequacy measurement, , credit risk reporting, and credit portfolio management
- Lead crisis management program, including operating protocols, response tactics and playbooks
- Engage with the Board of Directors, Executive Management Team and external auditors and reviewers
- Relationship builder able to create strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with sound business judgment
- Confident communicator able to clearly report on enterprise risks and influence decision-making

- Strong leader able to develop successful teams
- A graduate degree in commerce or business administration and at least 10 years of progressive experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans and business unit strategies
- Certification as a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or a Financial Risk Manager.
