Job Description:
Da Vinci's Steakhouse & Lounge is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Waitress/Waiter to join our team.

As a Waitress/Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring that they have an unforgettable dining experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Greeting and seating guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing guests with menus and answering any questions they may have about the menu items
  • Taking and entering guests' orders into the point of sale system accurately and efficiently
  • Monitoring tables and ensuring that guests' needs are attended to promptly
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including table settings, silverware, and glassware
  • Running food from the kitchen to the dining area and ensuring that orders are complete and accurate
  • Providing guests with suggestions and recommendations for food and drink pairings
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining knowledge of current menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties as needed
  • Providing guests with exceptional service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications:

  • Valid ProServe certification
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role in a highend restaurant setting
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of wine and cocktail service is a plus
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional service to guests
  • Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
