About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary
  • Ensure continued, uninterrupted service by identifying and resolving problems in a client/server environment
  • Responsible for software integration, external interface development and technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Analyze and follow service calls through to resolution using the incident management tool

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • University or College Degree in Computer Science/Technology or equivalent
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a systems analyst, Integration Specialist and/or system administrator
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
  • Development experience in integration platform tools such as Microsoft Logic Apps and Microsoft Compliance Center, Data Factory, API Manager Azure Functions, DevOps and Key Vault
  • Experience with integrating cloudbased (Software as a Service) digital solutions
  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management
  • Moderate to expert knowledge of PowerShell
  • Experience in migrating SharePoint sites to a Cloud environment
  • Knowledge of server and desktop processing/operating systems (Microsoft)
  • Good working knowledge of formal change management processes
  • Experience in using software tools/utilities to manage support/service calls and problems
  • Demonstrated understanding of the purpose and definition of AD group policies;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in defining and maintaining integration principles, patterns and standards and providing integration services for digital solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining an integration platform and process in production and nonproduction environments.
  • Vital planning, prioritizing and time management skills must be able to undertake and manage multiple tasks at the same time and work under deadlines and operational pressures
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking

Note:
Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfield's identity. This position requires the employee to be on-site for a minimum of 3 days to perform most effectively. We will reassess the approach on a as needed basis.
