About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary
Ensure continued, uninterrupted service by identifying and resolving problems in a client/server environment
Responsible for software integration, external interface development and technical documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Analyze and follow service calls through to resolution using the incident management tool

Knowledge and Experience Required

University or College Degree in Computer Science/Technology or equivalent
A minimum of three years of experience as a systems analyst, Integration Specialist and/or system administrator
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
Development experience in integration platform tools such as Microsoft Logic Apps and Microsoft Compliance Center, Data Factory, API Manager Azure Functions, DevOps and Key Vault
Experience with integrating cloudbased (Software as a Service) digital solutions
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management
Moderate to expert knowledge of PowerShell
Experience in migrating SharePoint sites to a Cloud environment
Knowledge of server and desktop processing/operating systems (Microsoft)
Good working knowledge of formal change management processes
Experience in using software tools/utilities to manage support/service calls and problems
Demonstrated understanding of the purpose and definition of AD group policies;
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in defining and maintaining integration principles, patterns and standards and providing integration services for digital solutions.
Demonstrated experience maintaining an integration platform and process in production and nonproduction environments.
Vital planning, prioritizing and time management skills must be able to undertake and manage multiple tasks at the same time and work under deadlines and operational pressures
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking

Note:
Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfield's identity. This position requires the employee to be on-site for a minimum of 3 days to perform most effectively. We will reassess the approach on a as needed basis.
