The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for assisting with product sales forecasting, sales reporting, marketing, product specific tasks, collaboration with manufacturing team regarding inventory and production, working with regulatory team for any product updates, and executive assistance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (agriculture, marketing, business, etc.)
- Previous Product Management experience is an asset
- Experience in the animal health industry or agriculture is an asset
- Experience in regulated industry and working with Health Canada/CFIA is an asset
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Selfstarter; comfortable working independently
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Bilingual English and French
- Data analysis

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with sales and manufacturing teams on forecasting, warehouse inventory levels, and monthly production plans.
- Assist in launch of new products and develop product documentation, manuals, technical information for customer usage and training.
- Develop improvement recommendations related to products, packaging, and processes.
- Work closely with sales team to understand customer needs, and trends to develop monthly product forecasts.
- Assist the President with the development of monthly sales reports.
- Design and implement new marketing strategies.
- Assist with developing product labels, safety data sheets, product data sheets, and regulatory document updates.
- Coordinate ordering and distribution of marketing materials for sales team.
- Attend industry tradeshows and conventions for poultry, cattle, and swine along with sales team.
- Hybrid work arrangement; 12 days in Ottawa office.

$50,000.00-$88,100.00 per year
