This position requires you to be in the office in Montréal a few days a week

In this role you will:

Support the efforts of the Communications team;
Assist the internal event planning team with communication and field needs;
Respond to the communications department mailboxes;
Assemble and send internal newsletters;
Update some sections of the internal web interface;
Assist in the coordination and the shipping of employee gifts;
Maintain an inventory of office supplies and place orders as required.

What we're looking for:

Student in a communication baccalaureate;
Expert knowledge of French and English (Spoken and written);
High sense of adaptability ;
A sense of humor (we take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves seriously);
A sense of initiative and proactivity (you don't wait for projects to come to you. If something needs to be done, you jump in.)

Dans ce rôle vous devrez:

Soutenir les efforts des membres de l'équipe des Communications;
Aider l'équipe d'organisation des événements internes dans ses besoins de communication et d'activités terrain;
Répondre aux boîtes de messagerie du département des communications;
Monter et envoyer les infolettres internes;
Mettre à jour certaines sections de l'interface web interne;
Assister à la coordination et à l'expédition des cadeaux des employées;
Garder un inventaire des fournitures de bureau et passer des commandes au besoin.

Ce que nous recherchons:

- Étudiant-e dans un baccalauréat en communications ;

Des compétences de niveau expert en français et en anglais (parlé et écrit) ;
Un grand sens d'adaptabilité;
Un sens de l'initiative et proactivité (vous n'attendez pas que les projets viennent à vous. Si quelque chose doit être fait, vous sautez dedans.);
Un sens de l'humour (nous prenons notre travail au sérieux, mais nous ne nous prenons pas au sérieux).

Ce poste nécessite une présence au bureau de Montréal quelques jours par semaine
