- Prepare and review corporate, personal, and trust tax returns
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
- Communicate with clients and government agencies on tax-related matters
- Stay current on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide exceptional customer service
- CPA designation or pursuing a CPA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Canadian tax
- Strong understanding of Canadian tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior staff members is an asset
