Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage daytoday office operations, including but not limited to, scheduling, inventory management, and procurement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including coordinating with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership and guidance to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with technicians and other team members to streamline processes and optimize productivity.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Organize and put systems into place that facilitate smoother operations and improve overall efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in office management or operations management role, preferably in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is an asset but not required.
  • Proficiency in notetaking and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient workflow.
  • A positive attitude with a "glasshalffull" outlook and the ability to inspire others.
  • Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness in finding innovative solutions to challenges.
