Position:

We are currently seeking to add Landscape construction workers to our fantastic team. We are looking for people who take pride in their work and are passionate about creating amazing outdoor spaces. Responsibilities:

Construction of retaining walls, paving, pathways, garden beds, and hardscapes; concrete work; gates; decks; fences; and water features.
Grading, drainage, planting of trees, shrubs, container stock, installing lawn, and installing irrigation.
General labor, site cleanup, digging trenches, unloading, and moving building materials
Mobile equipment operation (skid steers, mini excavators)

Selection Criteria:

Fit, energetic, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or a construction trade
Good references. Two are required and will be checked from the last two roles.
Comfortable in a physically demanding role and happy to work outside yearround.

Job Details:

Hours: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week
Days: Monday to Thursday (10 HRS DAYS)
Vacation: Two weeks paid, one week closed over Christmas
Pay: $ Highly competitive based on experience
Location: Bowen Island, BC
