Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document management.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist with organizing meetings and events, including coordinating logistics and preparing materials.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus.
- Customer serviceoriented with excellent phone etiquette.
Salary:
$21.16-$28.00 per hour
