What you will do
You will build and develop long-term customer relationships/partnerships with assigned accounts by providing business and technical solutions, including renewable service agreements and labor & material solutions.
These will serve as a foundation for managing and building your book of business in a defined region and specific account relationships.
To be successful, you will execute the sales process and cultivate growth by managing long-term relationships and identifying, qualifying, nurturing, and closing new sales opportunities with your customers.

_Required _
- 02 years of Inside Sales, telemarketing selling, or business experience
- Undergraduate degree (preferred) or 2year degree & relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A high level of integrity, and resilient temperament
_Preferred _
years of Inside Sales, telemarketing selling experience, or business experience at a product company
- Track record of overachieving goals. Demonstrated ability to influence account decisionmakers at critical levels.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls on average) per day
- Experience working with a CRM database
- Ability to rapidly build knowledge of Johnson Control's product lines
- Experience in HVAC/controls industry is highly preferred
