Volkswagen Unionville is currently looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join their amazing team
Job Purpose

The Sales Coordinator assists the Sales Management Team to ensure efficient administrations of all New/Pre-Owned vehicles for the Sales Department.

This includes reception assistance as required.

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for various administrative tasks associated with stocking and maintaining inventory logs, systems, etc.

Responsibilities

Reaching out to existing customers in Volkswagen Unionville's portfolio
Managing all existing clients lease/loan contracts with Volkswagen Unionville
Generating appointments for sales department
Stock in preowned vehicles

Qualifications

Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
Attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Collate and record information accurately.
Maintain accurate records.
Logical and systematic.
Ability to maintain filing systems and database.
Work to deadlines and targets.
Ability to work efficiently in a highpressure environment.
Strong knowledge of 180, ADP/CDK or Reynolds software, MS Office, including Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook
Excellent communication skills and customer service. Including written and verbal skills to communicate with all employees.
