Department Description:

London Health Sciences Centre is a College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) approved host for participants in the Supervised Practice Experience Program (SPEP).

This program is for
nurses who are:

Registered with CNO in the Non-Practicing Class and who have been away from practice for more than three years but less than five years.
Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs) seeking registration with CNO as Registered Nurses or Registered Practical Nurses.

In this program you will be matched with a preceptor to complete your 140 hours.

Qualifications:

Nurses participating in this program must:

Be approved by the CNO before commencing the experience and must provide letter of direction from CNO stating their eligibility
Practice under the supervision of a nurse in the appropriate category or class of registration (RN, RPN)
Registered with CNO in the Non-Practicing Class and who have been away from practice for more than three years but less than five years.
Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs) seeking registration with CNO as Registered Nurses or Registered Practical Nurses.
Successfully complete a minimum of 140 hours
