About the position:


Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Assistant Customer Service Manager is responsible for supporting the Customer Service Manager with leading our customer service team.

Where you'll work:
Edmonton, AB. 5 days per week in office.


What you'll do:


  • Provide a high level of communication on customer requirements to Sales Representatives and the General Sales Manager.
  • Measure performance of key processes in the Customer Service department and issue monthly report to the General Sales Manager.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing backup information to Customer Service Specialists and by working with other managers to improve the department's processes.
  • Resolve customer queries or complaints within Company policy.
  • Assist in the leadership of the Customer Service department by providing coaching, training, advising employees of policies and procedures, and recommending personnel for hiring.

What you'll need:


  • University degree or College Diploma with two (2) years of specialized training in Customer Service as well as five (5) years of experience in Customer Service or Sales.
  • Experience in a leadership capacity supervising a team of 5 employees or more.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook, Work, and PowerPoint).
