BLS International is looking for Deputy Jurisdiction Manager who has experience into Govt. Space (as well Corporates), hospitality, customer services and Visa sector. We are looking for that Positive Attitude, Go-getter, Risk taking and Multi-Tasking person, hungry for business and drives results.


Job Responsibilities:


Operational Leadership:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operational teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.


Process Optimization :
Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.


Revenue:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve revenue generation, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability within the organization.


Compliance Management:
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to legal, immigration and data protection regulations.


Team Management:
Oversee the performance and development of operational teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.


Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any issues or concerns proactively.


Quality Assurance:
Implement quality assurance measures to uphold service standards and deliver exceptional experiences to clients and stakeholders.


Budget Management:
Assist in budget planning and monitoring to optimize resource allocation and achieve financial targets.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Identify potential risks to operations and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.


Qualifications and Competencies Required:


  • 12 to 15 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar role within the outsourcing or technology industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, operations management or related field. (Advanced Degree is preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Sound decision making abilities with a strategic mindset and analytical thinking.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the operations domain.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Pay:
$45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
