Manager Governance Controls


What is the opportunity?


Licensing, Contracting & Compensation Services (LCCS) is responsible for the contracting and licensing of advisors, the calculation and timely disbursement and administration of compensation programs for all advisors across all channels (both internal and external advisors) while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

This position supports LCCS with governance responsibilities; budgeting; audit & compliance risk control monitoring; and management of contractual agreements and schedules for 3rd party advisors.


What will you do?

  • Ongoing monitoring of all audits as well as operational risk compliance issues for Licensing, Contracting, Compensation Services (LCCS)
  • Attend Regulatory Quorum meetings representing LCCS and keep LCCS Management team updated and support initiatives to implement regulatory changes
  • Manage updates to Agreement templates and compensation schedule changes
  • Monitoring budgets for all LCCS transits

What will you need to succeed?

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant insurance industry experience; ideally budgets and/or audit controls
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to work with deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Able to work with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to build effective relationships, both internally and externally demonstrating qualities such as patience, empathy, and inclusiveness
