    Capital Ford Lincoln Winnipeg is currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong background in automotive maintenance and repair.

    Responsibilities:

    Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional service experience

    Consult with customers about their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs

    Accurately estimate the cost and time required for repairs and maintenance

    Prepare repair orders and communicate them to the technicians

    Ensure the timely and accurate completion of repairs

    Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided

    Manage customer complaints and work with the team to find appropriate solutions

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service history, repairs, and maintenance performed on vehicles

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    At least 2 years of experience as an automotive service advisor

    Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    Proficiency in using computer software and systems for service operations

    A valid driver's license
