    Description

    A leader in the 3PL Logistics industry as a Business Development Manager-Logistics;developing and expanding the customer base (90%) and serving existing accounts (10%).

    Maintain administrative processes on a weekly basis, include but not limited to:
    various reports,zoho/CRM updates
    Preparesaccount plans for all existing significant accounts, with QBR activity and reporting.
    Responsible for servicing accounts, informationmanagement, monthly reporting, training,and meeting set targets.
    Consult with new customers after sales or signed contracts to resolve problems and/or ongoing support and customer service.

    Complete the new customer onboarding program and checklist detailing both customer and operational requirementsfor allnewkeyaccounts or significant expansion within existing accounts.

    Understanding the operations side of the business to ensure there is a good match with thecustomer'sneeds and the services we provide.

    Communicatewithoperations management on a regular basis.
    Periodically assist in training and working with account supervisors/managersmanaging current customers.
    University degree or equivalent college diploma in Logistics.
    Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Word.
    Flexible to work in non-business hours.
    Able to operate in different work conditions such as on-site, off site.
    Able to work alone.
