Job Overview:
Cork Culture is recruiting for a professional and energetic person to join our team as a Customer Service/Production Assistant.

If you thrive in a team environment, are able to adapt quickly throughout the day, can handle and appreciate the physical requirements of working in a wine shop and are excited about interacting with a wide variety of people, this job may be for you

Duties:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Processing customer wine, monitoring inventory and stocking shelves.
Developing and updating knowledge of products, services and policies.
Assisting bottlers with the handling of products.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Able to move and lift objects varying in weight, up to 50lbs
Knowledge of wine and grape varieties is an asset (training is provided)
