As Title:
Store Manager
the General Manager, you'll lead a team to deliver a profitable store business plan
. You're responsible for bringing the brand to life for our customers and ensuring our store achieves all key metrics and is meeting or exceeding goals. You will drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store including, customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. As the General Manager you will inspire and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate salesmanship skills in
- order to maximize sales in the store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze results, identify opportunities and make decisions in collaboration with the leadership team to drive key performance indicators.
- Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
- Manage store budgets for daily operations.
- Build highly productive teams through recruiting and selection process and developing people through coaching and feedback.
- Teach and train to build capabilities and hold tam accountable for performance.
- Create an inclusive and positive working environment.
- Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
- Represent the brand and understand the competitive landscape.
- Monitor operations to ensure standards are met and maintained regarding merchandise presentation, customer service, store safety, cleanliness, shrinkage and operating cost controls.
- Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.
- Demonstrates salesmanship skills by maintaining sales productivity levels.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning store including bathroom and stockroom, vacuuming and returning product to inventory.
- Monitors deliveries of product movement within the store to ensure effective inventory and merchandise management.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing and loss prevention.
- Implements security precautionary measures to protect company assets.
- Other duties may be assigned and Special projects as needed.
- Able to lift boxes maximum weight of 50 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 68 hours
- Able to safely use a ladder, maximum height of 10 ft.
Key Experiences
3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
Able to deliver results with multiple priorities.
Able to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
Able to maneuver around sales floor, stock room and lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 6-8 hours.
Able to safely use a ladder maximum height of 10 ft.
Agreeable to work flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including nights, weekends, holidays.
Able to travel as required.
Detailed oriented and strong planning, time management and prioritization skills

Salary:
$47,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
