About the Role

while working closely with inspiring cultural institutions.
As an
Associate Account Executive
, you will guide prospective customers toward Axiell's proven cloud-based solutions while learning collections management practices and the fundamentals of
solution-based selling
. No need to be an expert—we provide comprehensive training in our products, industry, and sales processes.
What You'll Do
- Learn collections management workflows and become knowledgeable about Axiell's SaaS solutions
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify new opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
- Deliver introductory product demonstrations with support from senior team members
- Assist with tenders, RFPs, and RFIs in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasts in the CRM
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams
- Attend Axiell conferences and industry events
- Support marketing initiatives and event activities
- Stay informed on trends within the cultural heritage sector
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in
Business, Arts/Cultural Studies, Science, or Technology - Strong communication and presentation skills
- Tech-savvy, self-starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for problem-solving and supporting cultural heritage organizations
- Willingness to travel up to
20% within North America
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in
sales, customer service, account management, or consulting - Familiarity with CRM tools
- Interest in museums or cultural institutions
- Experience with collections management systems
- Ability to demonstrate or explain software solutions

What we offer:
