Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise all operational activities, including scheduling, staffing, and deployment of security personnel.
  • Develop, enact, and supervise security policies and procedures for the site.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high levels of security and safety for clients and their assets.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as HR and finance, to ensure seamless integration of operations with overall company objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and maintain our competitive edge.
  • Conduct orientation and training sessions for all staff members as part of operational management responsibilities.
  • Proficient in collaborating effectively within a team environment, while also capable of independent work when required.
  • Fulfill oncall responsibilities as necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned or directed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in management, with a minimum of 23 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customerfocused approach to service delivery.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Position requires fluency with the English and Russian languages (spoken and written)

Shift Schedule:

  • Duration: 8hour shifts
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Shift Types: Day shift, Morning shift, Evening shift
  • Additional Considerations: Holidays and Weekends as needed
  • Flexibility: On call availability
  • Overtime: Available when necessary
