    Research Budget Analyst Position


    About This Opportunity:



    This exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Research Budget Analyst to join our team.



    • Analyze research protocols to identify all required procedures and develop a detailed budget, taking into account various costs and expenses.



    Key Responsibilities:




    • Negotiate the budget with industry partners in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, administrators, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication throughout the process of developing budgets that meet project requirements. Investigating new cost-saving strategies will be part of this role as well.  Develop close relationships with key departments such as grant offices or commercial sponsors is also expected. Maintain updated lists of relevant costs in order to remain informed on pricing trends within specific areas of interest across disciplines involved.  From time-to-time review contractual agreements negotiated before finalizing these contracts by advising contract officers accordingly so they may include legal clauses appropriately protecting both parties interests during execution phases until completion date arrives when applicable then finalize any outstanding aspects involving respective entity permissions prior closing transaction successfully thereby achieving optimal outcome efficiently managing workloads effectively under pressure maintaining highest standards quality performance always striving excellence towards reaching ultimate goal customer satisfaction exceeding expectations consistently demonstrate exceptional diplomacy discretion sound judgment remaining calm collective professional demeanor when dealing complex situations uncertainties encounter difficulties addressing criticism from others still manage internal/external relations diplomatically maintaining integrity principles governing behavior whether interacting colleagues management peers employees clients customers general public adhere corporate values ethics guidelines published publicly disseminated regularly through workshops training sessions employee handbooks intranet portals websites social media platforms available online anywhere anytime simply by searching organization name keywords phrases related job title department location contact information usually includes links phone numbers email addresses addresses postal codes fax numbers toll free telephone lines Skype IDs Google Groups LinkedIn groups Twitter handles Facebook pages Instagram accounts YouTube channels etc...

    Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
