We offer to our customers ( three stores in Vancouver) a selection of house made products, elaborated from scratch, such as : Bakery and pastries items, but as well, soup of the day, onion soup, quiches, chicken turnovers, salads, sandwiches...
Under the supervision of the manager, you are baking croissants, and preparing our savouries /lunch items.- You can start you shift at 4am (location : 2156 west 41st avenue, Van)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Indepth knowledge of kitchen health and safety requirements
- Indepth knowledge of safe food storage guidelines
- Ability to use kitchen utensils safely
- Ability to take direction and work as a team player
- Knowledge of some specific cooking processes such as reducing sauces, parboiling food, boiling water, or preheating pans and ovens
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Night shift
