Marketing Media Specialist


Do you enjoy managing ad space and planning out media campaigns? If you're looking to join a team at the forefront of Franchise and Travel retail marketing, Expedia Cruises is focused on becoming the leading travel agency in communities across North America.

This position is a full time contract that is expected to last until approximately September 2024.


What you'll do:


  • Manage the daytoday campaign scheduling and execution of Expedia Cruises' online marketing promotions based off coop, yield, and lead generation metrics
  • Maintain master media schedule and inventory availability by region to ensure all media opportunities are properly allocated and planned per best practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key supplier pushes, promotional needs, last minute changes, and additional media sales opportunities
  • Report on available inventory, recommended media, campaign results, and best practices on an adhoc and monthly basis
  • Work with other teams to ensure consistent and sitewide merchandising of key campaigns

Who you are:


  • Bachelor's degree or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines at a time and can reset priorities quickly as needed
  • Extremely well organized with high attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve client issues and challenges
