Description
Leenan Property Management is looking for a Property Manager Assistant/Customer Care Representative to join our team.

The Customer Care representative is to assist in all daily activities related to the upkeep and satisfaction of our tenants.

The Customer Care representative will work alongside our Property Manager's to ensure tenants' needs are met to the highest standards.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Receive incoming calls, record comprehensive messages, and manage associated duties
  • Complete forms, including security deposit claims and eviction notice to the ORT standard
  • Schedule moveins, moveouts, suite inspections, and premoveout inspections
  • Identify customer needs or desires to recommend the appropriate product or service
  • Perform surveys, gather information in regards to company improvement
  • Conduct rental property viewings as necessary
  • Assist your team on any necessary tasks

Required Skills:


  • Utilizes critical thinking skills and problemsolving skills to produce work at a high level of accuracy.
  • Uses good time management and organization skills demonstrated by meeting or exceeding deadlines, maintains an accurate work calendar, and sufficiently anticipates task duration.
  • Ability to efficiently multitask in an environment where priorities can change rapidly.
  • Effectively communicates with clients, peers, and supervisors in written and or verbal forms that are timely, accurate, and complete.
  • Consistently acts with integrity, ethics, and high moral standards.
  • Actively learns on the job through exposure to new challenges, professional education opportunities, team training, and learning from others.
  • Excellent computer skills and willingness to upgrade computer skills as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience

Compensation:
- $45,000 - $52,000 annual salary
- $50 monthly cell phone allowance

  • 4 Wellness days
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation
