We are in HIGH Demand for quality Heavy Duty Parts People We are looking for parts Techs that have an extensive background in Diesel Engines.

Our Primary focus is on CAT, Cummins, Detroit & International Engines.

We are looking for Team Members that can look after the shop, or be part of our team on the front counter to sell to our growing customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pull and fill orders from stock for customers via telephone and walkin customers
• Assists in inventory control
• Locates outofstock parts from outside sources to support our shop & customers
• Be able to provide our customers with product knowledge
• Be able to provide Cost-Effective Solutions to our customer base.
• Be a Team player that is flexible in a fast pace environment

- comprehend how to use CAT, Cummins, Detroit (Daimler), and Navistar sites.

• Be functional in using a Karmak Operating System.
• Be able to support the Service Shop with part support.

QUALIFICATIONS
-
Minimum 3 years' of HEAVY DUTY parts experience required:

• Knowledge in Diesel Engines is a significant asset
• Journeyman Parts Technician is a significant asset
• Heavy duty truck parts experience is an asset
• Must be able to work safely in a high pressure environment
• Must be able to present yourself in a positive, professional manner to colleagues and customers at all times.
• Adaptable to help the team in all situations. (back counter, front counter, core returns. overall team player.)

- must be able to operate a Karmak system and look up parts using different parts platforms. (such as CAT SIS program)

Salary:
$50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
