- Successful completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting preferred
- Completion of a professional accounting designation preferred
- Minimum of 3 years recent/related experience preferably within a hospital finance environment
- Management Information System (MIS) Standards certificate preferred
- Knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting practices
- Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Analyst works collaboratively with Senior Management and Managers to provide business support to the diverse programs operated by the Hospital, which includes acute hospital, long-term care and mental health services.
Job Status : Permanent, Full-Time
Hours of work : Days, 37.5 hours per week
Work Location : On-site
Salary Range : $38.03 to $39.97 per hour
