KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide sales assists to other Tomlinson sales representative.
  • Qualify leads by asking questions and determining their level of interest and readiness to purchase.
  • Conduct sales presentations or demos to showcase the company's rolloff bins and portable toilets.
  • Close sales by negotiating contracts and pricing, handling objections, and finalizing the sale.
  • Manage customer accounts by maintaining relationships, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of lead information in the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity and sales metrics to management.
  • Continuously learn and improve sales skills and techniques through training and professional development opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the rolloff bin and portable toilet industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Familiarity with the industry and market trends.

WORKING CONDITIONS:


  • This is not an officebased position. 95% on the road in the territory
  • Company truck provided
  • May require occasional travel to meet with customers or attend industry events.
