We are pleased to be posting for our next leader to fill an Assistant Branch Manager role in our Ladysmith location.

Opportunity details

Your success attributes

  • Offer consistent industry leading customer service that meets the needs of our clients
  • Coaching and mentoring will be an important part of this role
  • Serving customers with a focus on growing our business is essential
  • We are looking for a leader with at least a level 3 license with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a broker and/or team lead
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
