Opportunity details

Build a close connections with our local dealership partners by providing outstanding customer service with our dynamic mobile road service team
Develop and implement strong sales techniques to achieve aspirational growth goals
Build and lead a dynamic team of auto insurance professionals

Your success attributes

Offer consistent industry leading customer service that meets the needs of our clients
Coaching and mentoring will be an important part of this role
Serving customers with a focus on growing our business is essential
We are looking for a leader with at least a level 3 license with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a broker and/or team lead
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
