Master's degree (applicants with a bachelor's degree must be enrolled and actively participating in a Master's program; completion within three years is a condition of employment) with at least one degree, either graduate or undergraduate in nursing.
- Eligible for registration (active status) with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
- Minimum of two years recent and relevant experience as a registered nurse.
- Effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to apply the theory, practices and principles of adult education.
- Small group facilitation skills and leading, modeling and teaching interaction skills.
- Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.
- Demonstrated competence and recent experience in the use of the internet, e-mail, MS Office Suite software and ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.
- Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
