Description
About us
Fox is bringing hospitality to residential real estate.
We are a young real estate marketing and leasing firm that helps real estate owners lease up their residential rental properties quickly and at top-of-market rents.
We are known for doing amazing GTM (Go-To-Market) building launches and have previously created, launched and operated over 12+ hospitality concepts in the food & beverage industry (bars, restaurants, lounges, nightclubs) in Canada, Mexico & Bali.
We are non-traditional, we work hard, use tech in order to get things done faster than the norm. _We pride ourselves on offering unique products to our clients._Our headquarters are in Montreal, Canada.
If you have an entrepreneurial mindset looking to join a growing startup at the foundational level, this is a way for you to shine quickly.
If you are looking for an easy job, with a rigid structure, and the ability to leave work at work, do not apply. If you wish to have purpose, cool stories to tell your grandkids one day, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, apply.
_
Our projects get international recognition and break records in the real estate world - we do cool avant-garde things and prove people wrong (everyone says we're crazy).
