Ina Group is in search an experienced Automotive Sales Manager.

The Sales Manager is a dedicated professional with a customer-centric approach and a strong drive, entrusted with the responsibility of leading the Sales Team to surpass its objectives.

The Sales Manager assumes the role of guiding the Sales Team through training, mentorship, and growth, while also reinforcing operational policies and procedures as required.

Directly accountable to the General Manager, this role collaborates closely across all business facets to ensure customer contentment, operational efficacy, and successful attainment of Sales Department aspirations.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Support the Sales Department in meeting its sales quotas and reinforce profit objectives on a daily, monthly and annual basis
  • Assist General Manager & General Sales Manager in forecasting, including vehicle inventory, gross objectives, expenses and employees
  • Interview, hire, train, develop, and motivate the Sales Department team
  • Organize and conduct Sales Department meetings and updates as needed
  • Handle elevated customer issues or complaints until resolution
  • Identify and implement strategic opportunities for improvement in department processes

Technical Skills & Requirements:


  • Automotive sales knowledge and experience is required
  • Valid VSA license
  • Valid BC driver's license
  • Commitment to continuous learning to update industry knowledge

Salary:
$150,000.00-$220,000.00 per year
