We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bartender/Server at Col.
Mustards. As a Bartender/Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages following recipes and company standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink and food orders, and providing recommendations when needed.
- Effectively manage the bar area, including restocking supplies, keeping the area clean, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders, ensuring timely service to customers.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain an organized cash register.
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patrons by providing attentive and personalized service.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials.
- Upsell and promote menu items to enhance the overall guest experience and increase revenue.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing orders as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team dynamic by working collaboratively with other staff members and supporting each other's tasks.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality service.
- Basic math skills for accurately handling transactions and making change.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

Salary:
$15.50-$17.50 per hour
