Systems Trainer - Collision

Calgary, Edmonton, or Winnipeg, Canada

Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities:


  • Implement and train on collision management system
  • Assist with the Strategic Plan
  • Provide training on management system workflow process
  • Complete facility and operation reviews
  • Assist with OEM certifications
  • Provide constructive coaching, feedback, and communicate Collision Centres goals and expectations in a manner that ensures team member success
  • Process creation and improvement
  • Share best practices within the collision centres

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of Collision Centre experience
  • Experience training others, in small and large group setting
  • Experience using Bodyshop Connect is a requirement
  • Experience in Mitchell Repair Centre is an asset
  • Experience in Progi is an asset
  • Excellent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.
  • Bilingual would be an asset
  • Travel will be a requirement
