About the role:_
- Preparing daily bank deposit and reconciling daily credit card receipts
- Post accounts payable invoices and prepare payments to suppliers
- Prepare AR Statements and accounts review
- Reconciliation of vendor statements
- Post and reconcile warranty invoices
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure storage location in place
- Ordering office supplies
- Providing backup and relief coverage for reception, as needed and coordination of reception schedule
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by management.

- Bookkeeping/accounting experience is an asset
- Dealership experience is an asset (but not required)
- Strong analytical and problems solving skills
