WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:_

  • Develop and communicate standard repair procedures
  • Perform quality inspections during repairs
  • Monitor performance with Technicians
  • Facilitate shop equipment repairs
  • Organize sublet repairs

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM:_

  • MPI & collision repair, and insurance knowledge a must (Manitoba based)
  • Mitchell Ultramate experience
  • High level of understanding OEM procedure
  • Familiarity with MPI Partner websites and standards/rules
  • Leadership Excellence
  • Valid Driver's License

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- auto body repair: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Red Seal license (preferred)
