Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases
- Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with administrative tasks in a office.
- Collect rent from the tenants.
- Make deposits into the bank.
- Look after properties.
- Property viewings.
Skills:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working at the front desk and interacting with visitors
- Strong organizational skills.
Salary:
$16.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
