Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases
  • Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Assist with administrative tasks in a office.
  • Collect rent from the tenants.
  • Make deposits into the bank.
  • Look after properties.
  • Property viewings.

Skills:


  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working at the front desk and interacting with visitors
  • Strong organizational skills.
This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in an office environment.


Salary:
$16.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required
