Aiello Immigration Law is seeking to hire an Immigration Legal Assistant at our office located in the heart of Old Montreal. We are a well established boutique immigration law firm specializing in a wide range of complex Canadian temporary and permanent residence applications.

Permanent position in Montreal, Quebec (remote or hybrid home/office work possible)

Full-time

$23- $26 per hour

Preparing various immigration files, including filling out forms, requesting and gathering required documents;
Writing legal correspondence and drafting detailed submission letters;
Performing other general office work as required.

Minimum 1 year of work experience in the immigration field;
Post-secondary diploma in a related field required (Bachelor's degree an asset);
Fluent in French and English (oral and written). Additional language is an asset;

Préparer divers dossiers d'immigration, y compris remplir des formulaires, demander et rassembler les documents requis ;
· Effectuer d'autres travaux de bureau généraux selon les besoins.
Au moins un an d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'immigration ;
· Diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe requis (un baccalauréat serait un atout) ;
