About the company

Responsibilities:


  • Achieve sales goals by following Company's Residential Sales Processes during the inhome consultation processDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Own the full sales process by:Assessing customer needs
  • Capturing the sale and providing delivery schedule
  • Conducting accurate onsite measuring and quoting
  • Following up after product installation
  • Gain new business through networking and referrals
  • Utilize electronic systems and software to quote products and manage customer interactions
  • Continuously strive for 100% "Very Satisfied" customers

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University; or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Individual's motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset

Job Types:

From $45,000.00 per year
