Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible security presence
  • Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
  • Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
  • Secure all exits, doors, and windows after end of operations
  • Check sites cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
  • Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
  • Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
  • Provide assistance to people in need

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
  • Familiarity with report writing
  • Excellent surveillance and observation skills
  • Techsavvy with experience in surveillance systems operation
  • Trained in First Aid/CPR is a plus

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must possess a valid Security Guard license
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle critical situations calmly and efficiently

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Casual


Pay:
$16.55-$20.00 per hour
